Where do you ship to?

Exchange and return policy


Due to the handmade and exclusive nature of each homeware items, and due to hygiene reasons with jewelry pieces , I do not accept exchange or returns. I try my best to package your order as safely as possible but in case of any issue with your order, you can contact me via email to: zanobysadj@gmail.com




What is your processing time?


I generally dispatch orders within 3 - 5 business days. Made to order items usually take 1 - 2 weeks.
Bespoke items processing time varies depending on the intricacy of the project.




Shipping fees


Canada: all domestic orders have a flat rate of $10.
US: flat shipping rate of $16.




When will I receive my order?


It should take about 2 to 15 business days for your orders to arrive (processing time excluded).
Please note that due to the current Covid situation, it might take a bit longer. (As Canada Post is experiencing severe delays, delivery within Canada can take up to a month.)




What happens if my order is delayed/damaged/lost?


After posting your order, liability transitions to the buyer. I am not responsible of your item being delayed, lost, damaged. Although I will still try to help you figuring things out, I will not refund or replace any items based on these circumstances.

Also, please double, triple check your address. I will also not issue a refund if a package is returned because of a wrong/incomplete address. If you would like your item to be shipped to you again, you will need to pay for the shipping fee again.




Customs and import taxes


I am not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm also not responsible for delays due to customs.





Care instructions

How to care for my jewelry pieces?


To help prolong their longevity, avoid soaking your pieces in water or any other liquids. Do not swim, shower with your jewelry on. Oils, perfume, lotions, sprays and other beauty products may also affect your pieces longevity.
Be sure to safely place your earrings, as possible away from any metal items (including other jewelry), to avoid any scratches.

Polymer clay: it is a flexible, light and water resistant medium but you should still take extra care of your earrings: excessive bending might result in breakage.
In case they get some dirt (with everyday wear, such as make up etc.) use a Q-tip to clean and very gently, rub with rubbing alcohol or acetone.

Resin: to clean your resin pieces (or to give it some polish), use a damp microfiber cloth. Be careful to use it gently. Do NOT use any other chemicals. Avoid long exposure to the direct sunlight as resin can yellow after being exposed to UV rays for a long time.

Brass components will naturally tarnish over time. To clean them, you can use a brass tarnish remover.




How to care for my home decor pieces?


- Do not submerge your item in water. To clean gently use a soft damp cloth.
- Do not use any kind of detergent as it might damage your item.
- All items are made from a strong and durable material, but should still be handled with care: do not drop from high height.
- Most items are sealed with a natural beeswax sealant, however some pieces might be sealed with a waterproof sealant if necessary. Please check each item's description.




Are my homewares dishwasher/microwave safe?


No they are not. Also please note that none products are food safe.





Pick up and delivery

Local Pick-Up:


Pick up is available if you live in the Greater Vancouver area, during weekdays from 5pm to 8pm. Write a note while placing your order and we will arrange for the date and time. Shipping fee will be refunded once you picked up your order.




Local Delivery:


Local Delivery to the Greater Vancouver area will soon available. Follow me on Instagram for updates on deliveries.
You will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm all information needed to safely deliver your order.
Please note that we are not responsible of your order once it has been delivered.
